Booking and Payment Policy

Ghbookings.ng is a robust hotel accommodations booking platform for seamless booking of hotel facilities in Nigeria. On our websites Ghbookings.ng we makes available hotels and others for guests to book them with instant confirmation. Whenever booking is make the service provider get notification about the booking and service providers can see them in partners center. All bookings can be modify only before check-in date by the guest. When you make a booking on our Platform Ghbookings.ng, you enter into a contract with the Service Provider and accept their policies.

Payment for booking can be made in these forms:

            - Cash payment at the facility after booking confirmation. Guest pay cash on arrival at the facility after booking confirmation email sent to the guest and the facility provider. The booking confirmation is instant.

            - Online Payment on the website. Guest make payment online through bank transfer to locally operated bank account in Nigeria, or a payment channel through a third party payment company.

Paid booking/reservation means the reservation is guaranteed and service provider will definitely make the accommodation available for the guest(s). Unpaid reservation is not fully guaranteed, and the hotel nor Ghbookings.ng will not be blame nor accountable for it. We strongly advise guest to make payment for their bookings.

Pricing

The service providers determine the price on our website and we makes them available for guests and other users to see and book according to their budget.

No-Show Policy And Cancellation Policy

Booking through Ghbookings.ng, you accept the cancellation and no-show policy of the service provider and Ghbookings.ng

Refund Policy

 Refund of payment already made to the service provider (hotel) is subject to their cancellation and refund policy. While full payment refund will be done for payment still with Ghbookings.ng.

How We Make Money

Service Providers pay Ghbookings.ng commission fee of 12% , to all cash payment at the facility for all confirmed reservations made through the platform after checkout, and or, the Ghbookings.ng  remove their 12% and pays the service provider their 88%, to all payments online. The commission rate  excluding taxes and any additional fees.
